Terms of use
By placing an order with Evergift you agree to these terms. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and product details at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Orders are confirmed once payment (or a Cash on Delivery order) is placed and we’ve acknowledged it. We may decline an order — for example if we can’t produce it in time — and will refund you in full if we do.
Your content and photos
When you send us photos or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use and print them. We use your files only to produce your order.
We keep your files for a short period in case you reorder, then delete them. We will never use your photos in our marketing without asking you first.
We won’t reproduce content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark, and we don’t print official identity documents.
Privacy — what we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details. If you subscribe, we keep your email for launch and offer updates.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and UPI details go directly to Razorpay — we never receive or store them.
How we use your data
- To produce, pack and deliver your order.
- To email you about your order.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To send offers and updates, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We share your details only with the people who help deliver your order — our payment provider and delivery partners. We don’t sell your data.
